Minister Denise Samuels is the Associate Pastor at the Faith Cathedral Deliverance Centre where she has been a member for over 30 years. As the Associate Pastor, Minister Samuels has responsibility for 36 ministries and their sub-ministries, as well as the general programmes for the church. She is especially passionate about the MOVE initiative which focuses on Ministry, Outreach, Verbal Proclamation and Equipping believers with biblical truths to make them more effective in daily living.

Minister Samuels is a Trustee Board Member of the Deliverance Evangelistic Association Inc. and had previously served as youth director at FCDC for over 10 years. Her tenure as a youth director allowed her to interact with persons at different ages and stages of life and she credits this experience for her ability to be more tolerant and understanding of especially youths.

Minister Samuels is an internationally certified trainer and human resource specialist. She is also a mother, a Justice of the Peace, a certified mediator, and a member of the Lay Magistrate Association, St Andrew Chapter.
